How We Got Started
The Wiesneth Law practice began in 2006, when James Wiesneth reserved a one room office of 400 square feet, and filled it with a desktop computer, some basic office furniture, along with a basic phone and internet plan.
At that time, he did not have an existing client base, no existing business structure, plus a super-limited budget. What James did have was the motivation and drive to succeed in the practice of law along with the willingness to make a difference in his clients' lives.
With the opportunity to practice law – along with hard work – James was able to expand his practice to encompass the practice areas of Consumer Bankruptcy Law, Consumer Law, and Estate Planning.
Today, the practice has grown to the point of having two separate offices located in Terre Haute, Indiana and Evansville, Indiana. At no point, however, does James ever lose the perspective or focus of what is most important – putting his clients' objectives first and foremost, hard work and remaining dedicated to the practice of law.
